As a REMAX Sales Representative for 18 years, Lisa has always had a passion for helping people through the process of buying and selling their homes. Lisa makes the whole process easy for her clients right from the home staging, photography and presentation of your home to prospective buyers. She is an experienced Real Estate Salesperson with a high level of integrity and good listening skills. Lisa is very knowledgable of the housing market in the Georgian Bay area including Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Wasaga Beach & Stayner. She enjoys helping people in their search to find their perfect home, cottage or ski chalet. Lisa goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy with the end result.
Lisa Mantella was born and raised in Toronto and her family had cottages in Wasaga Beach, where she spent every summer. Her parents and sisters/brother stayed in the main cottage and rented the other four cottages. Saturday was always a fun and busy day getting the rentals in and out, before heading to the beach. She has many fond memories of Wasaga Beach. In l992 her family bought their own cottage on the beach and her 2 children grew up as she did in Wasaga Beach with her son playing hockey in Collingwood and skiing at Blue Mountain every weekend. Lisa recently had a new ‘Beach House’ built by Patten & Sons from Collingwood and now resides in Wasaga Beach. She loves the relaxed lifestyle and finds the Community very welcoming with lots to offer. She likes to walk the beach and watch the gorgeous sunsets, bike, golf and enjoys many community events and live music in the area.
Lisa believes in giving back and is a supporter of the Children’s Miracle Network. With the collective efforts of tens of thousands of Remax Associates who participate in the Miracle Home program by making donations with each real estate transaction. Remax has raised nearly $100 million for kids across North America.
